1. Wire: annealed bare copper wire, the diameter of copper wire is 0.30, 0.42, 0.52, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90 (mm). 2. Insulation material: high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, and the color of the insulated wire shall be marked according to the full color spectrum standard. 3. Insulated wire pair: Twist two insulated wires of different colors into pairs according to different pitches, and use the specified chromatographic combination to identify the wire pair. 4. Communication cable core structure: with 1 pair as the basic unit, more than 25 pairs of cables are combined by unit, and each unit is tied with a unit cable tie with a specified color spectrum to identify different units. Cables with 100 pairs and above have 1% reserve pairs, but no more than 6 pairs. The gaps in the cable core are filled with petroleum jelly. 5. Cable core tape: wrapped with polyester film tape. 6. Shielding: Copper wire shielding or embossed (or not embossed) metal tape, the metal tape is longitudinally wrapped outside the core tape of the communication cable. 7.
